Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: $5 - $6/hour

Are you an IT-savvy professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer support? Join our team as an IT Support Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage ticketing and dispatch using HaloPSA (training provided).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a diverse, multicultural environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in IT support or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills with cultural awareness.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (experience with HaloPSA is a plus).
