Key Responsibilities:
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms to attract Board Certified
Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Behavioral Technicians.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to
identify and engage potential candidates.
• Referrals Management: Develop and manage referral programs within and outside the team to
expand the candidate pool.
• Applicant Tracking: Use tools like AirTable and
interviews, and manage the hiring pipeline.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with
the hiring team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a
smooth recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to ensure a
positive recruitment experience.
• Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or behavioral services.
• Familiarity with hiring for BCBA and Behavioral Technician roles is a strong plus.
• Proficient in using AirTable,
• Strong sourcing skills and a network within the behavioral health field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of New Jersey regulations and qualifications for BCBA and Behavioral Technicians.
• Experience with employee onboarding and retention strategies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
