We are looking for a Web Developer Specialist who wants to work in an enriching environment with a uniquely flexible schedule.

The Web Developer Specialist’s role involves helping small-to-medium businesses design, build, maintain, and optimize visually impressive high-performing websites that convert traffic and achieve each client’s unique goals.

This is a freelance/part-time position with flexible hours and a deadline-based structure. The Web Developer Specialist will work remotely and report to the hiring manager. The successful candidate will be compensated on an hourly basis.

Requirements:
- Experience creating user-centric web experiences that help businesses stand out in highly competitive markets
- Advanced skills in designing and optimizing landing pages that are engineered to improve conversion metrics and reduce bounce rates
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience using website design and development tools such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, GoDaddy, and others
- Experience with MySQL, PHP, .NET, and Apache server configuration
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and similar tools
- Knowledge of SEO strategies preferred
- Willingness to stay on top of website design and development trends
- A quiet and distraction-free environment
- Stable internet connection of at least 50mbps download and 10mbps upload speed

Our ideal candidate would have years of experience planning, implementing, and managing website development projects in an agency or freelance environment. We also prioritize candidates who have experience working with US-based companies.
