JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support while troubleshooting technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for helping customers resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service and/or technical support is highly preferred.
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues related to cellular networks is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is an advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
Patience and active listening skills to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Technical aptitude to learn new software, products, and tools quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
