Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

*During peak periods, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, weekend work may occasionally be required, though this is rare and occurs less than 1% of the time.

Job Overview:

The Paid Search Specialist will work within integrated client teams, supporting the management of search campaigns and delivering strong business results. The ideal candidate should have five years of work experience in Paid Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns, or another relevant background in search advertising.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, skilled collaborator with a positive outlook, eager to support the company's vision and mission while applying and sharing their growing knowledge. A passion for digital marketing, search, and the advertising industry is crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

Implement campaign components such as keyword builds, ad copy writing, site optimisation, and conversion campaign restructures.

Determine optimisation needs for shopping feeds and account structure for keyword, display, and shopping campaigns.

Set up tracking and conduct account audits.

Manage budgets and monitor client performance goals for assigned accounts, reviewing briefs, providing feedback, and reporting to team leadership.

Assist in developing strategies for accounts in line with client goals.

Lead client status calls, prepare recaps, and provide day-to-day troubleshooting.

Assist with data collection for audits and tracking conversions.

Prepare reports and develop expertise in reporting.

Collaborate with team members and management on project development timelines and results.

Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing, participate in internal training, and attend industry events.

Develop a solid understanding of client businesses and help tailor initiatives to achieve their goals.

Maintain knowledge of various search engine marketing tools and processes, such as Google and Bing.

Keep relevant certifications up to date (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing).

Continue developing skills towards advanced roles.





Qualifications:

Five years of experience in search marketing or equivalent knowledge from previous positions.

Bachelor’s degree with a solid foundation in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and solve problems.

Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.

High levels of integrity and self-motivation, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication skills.


Preferred:

Experience with other online marketing and PPC tools such as Google Merchant Center, Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Product Listing Ads.

Google Certifications are a plus.

Experience with third-party bidding software such as Marin, Kenshoo, or DoubleClick.

Experience with real-time bidding software like TheTradeDesk.
