Job Description:
As our Sub Recruitment Virtual Assistant, your primary goal is to reach out to potential subcontractors and engage them in natural, personable conversations—just like you’d talk to a friend. We don’t want to sound like bots; we want to show genuine interest in their experience, address their questions honestly, and help them feel confident about joining our team. Beyond texting, you’ll handle some lead generation, checking and verifying documentation, ensuring every subcontractor we bring on board is a great fit for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authentic Communication: Send text messages to prospective subcontractors, answer their inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a warm, human tone throughout every interaction.
- Lead Generation & Scraping: Research and compile lists of qualified gutter cleaning professionals who may be interested in subcontracting with us.
- Document Review & Verification: Collect and verify required documents (such as insurance and license information) to ensure each candidate meets our company’s standards.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust, credibility, and rapport through honest, down-to-earth communication, ultimately encouraging candidates to sign up and work with our team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written communication skills that feel personal and genuine—not scripted.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus but not required; we value your ability to connect authentically above all else.
- Attention to detail for verifying documents and credentials.
- Capable of conducting basic online research to find and qualify potential subcontractors.
- Reliability, integrity, and a people-first mindset.
