Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service (e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Shopify, Reamaze, or similar platforms is a plus.
