We are seeking detail-oriented customer service individuals to assist us with our online clients.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate to customers through phone and

Communicate with customer service team/ manager that need to be addressed
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Skills:
Strong English speaking and proper pronunciation is MUST
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

***** Our pay is very competitive. We have uncapped commission 3% every sale and average cost of our item is around 250 USD. Our average commission is around 200 USD + your hourly rate. Depending on how hard you work and help to assist the customer you will be earning more payment on each pay period*****
