Job Title: Twitter Virtual Assistant

Job Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and creative Twitter VA to help grow our clients' presence on Twitter. Your main responsibility will be engaging with high-view tweets across multiple Twitter accounts to drive traffic and convert followers into subscribers.

Content and strategy will be provided, so your focus will be on creating engaging responses and interacting with the community to boost impressions and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and engage with high-view posts across multiple Twitter accounts.
Reply to tweets with captivating captions and model images to boost impressions.
Convert traffic into subscribers by following the provided strategies.
Meet daily KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for engagement and growth on each account.
Stay organized while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Follow Instructions: Execute tasks according to provided content and strategy for each account.
Respect: Maintain respect for the role, the manager, and the team.
Quality and Quantity: Ensure high-quality engagement while meeting daily targets.
Accountability: Complete tasks efficiently without shortcuts, even when handling multiple accounts.

Creativity: Ability to craft unique and engaging replies for each account.
Reliability: Consistently complete tasks with attention to detail across multiple accounts.
Communication: Strong communication skills to align with the brand's voice and tone for each account.

Compensation & Work Schedule:
Pay: $2 per hour.
Hours: 8 hours per day, 7 days a week (flexible to 6 days a week if necessary).
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, tied to results and impressions.
Payment Schedule:
Week 1: Payment after review.
Ongoing: Bi-weekly payments via your preferred method (Wise, Crypto, GCash, etc.).

Training Process:
Initial Screening: Evaluate the skills and suitability for the role.
Introduction: Familiarize you with the accounts, tools, and expectations.
Trial Period: Assess your performance and offer tips for improvement.
Ongoing Feedback: Continuous support to refine strategies and ensure success.
