Rate: $3/hr, and earn 30,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break


We are seeking an HR Assistant with exceptional communication, record-keeping, organizational, relationship-building, and time management skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR strategies and people analytics.


General Responsibilities:
- Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.
- Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.
- Resolving employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
- Creating periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, and professional development.
- Producing internal company documents and communication materials for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the onboarding phase or process.
- Scheduling, managing, and facilitating new hire training needs.
- Walking through and assisting applicants throughout the onboarding process.
- Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement.

Requirements and Skills:
- A degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing HR strategies and policies.
- Knowledge of Home Health industry regulations and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ethical approach with integrity.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Time management skills.
- Experience in Paychex is required.
- Coachable, understanding, and flexible
