JOB OVERVIEW

Park Avenue Property Management LLC, based in Savannah, GA, USA, seeks an experienced full-time virtual bookkeeper and executive assistant. The main duties of this VA are bookkeeping and responding to maintenance requests and other tenant issues. The VA may also be asked to assist the property manager with other tasks as necessary, such as conducting rental market research, preparing contracts, inputting listings to websites such as Zillow.com, coordinating with vendors and contractors, responding to listing inquiries and qualifying leads, scheduling, etc. The candidate should have an english proficiency of at least C1 and a demonstrated track record of work in the property management sector. Park Avenue Property Management is a growing company that is part of a larger operation which includes a real estate sales team and a real estate private equity company. We are seeking a long-term member of our team to enable us to continue to grow, and there is much opportunity for this VA to learn, grow, and advance as part of the property management team or the larger operation.
