Creative Backend Manager

Main consists of multiple tasks which include:

ONCE PER WEEK (5-6 hours):
- creating content posting plans for Instagram (Storys, Feedposts)
- creating Mass Message plans
- reviewing given content & scheduling

DAILY (1-2 hours):
- curating captions for new Reels and Feedposts
- IG account check ups
- sending out of Mass Messages

As we have certain standards of captions, texts and reviewing the right content, we need someone who is HIGHLY creative and knows GOOD English


REQUIREMENTS:
- very good english skills (with certificate)

- experience in social media management

- creative mind for texts and visually sorting out content

- highly motivated & good work ethic (no lazy loser, i want winners)

- good listener and understands instructions easily





INFORMATION:

- $5 per hour salary

- flexible working time

- working hours around 25 hours per week (1-2 hours daily, rest 1x a week)

- everything will be given to you, inspiration, instructions, systems etc.
