JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our construction company based in Michigan, USA. The ideal candidate will excel at data entry, organization, and communication while using various software tools to manage workflows and customer information. This role involves working with Monday.com, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms. Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
Work with tools like Excel, Word, and Google Drive to manage and organize data.
Utilize Monday.com to track projects and tasks.
Manage customer information and interactions using CRM tools (experience preferred).
Support with Adobe Illustrator tasks (experience is a plus, but not required).
Communicate effectively with excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements:
Smart, organized, and proactive.
Highly tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage.
Experience with CRM tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
