We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This crucial role focuses on optimizing time management and enhancing business efficiency. You will enable the CEO to concentrate on high-value activities, driving company growth. Beyond task management, this position involves providing strategic assistance and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox.
-Schedule meetings, set reminders, and block time for focused work.
-Handle errands, travel arrangements, and day-to-day tasks.
-Oversee projects, track deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
-Support transaction coordination for land deals.
-Draft correspondence and preliminary reports.
-Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties.
-Conduct preliminary research, including using AI for zoning ordinance research.
-Implement innovative business practices.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
-Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Tech-savvy, with experience or enthusiasm for leveraging AI.
-Familiarity with Dan Martell’s Buy Back Your Time or willingness to learn.
-Experience in land acquisitions, real estate, or transaction coordination.
-Knowledge of zoning ordinances or entitlement processes.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-4pm MST
