JOB OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager drives awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives across various channels. This role includes both setup and management of all PPC campaigns through Google, Meta, TikTok and other online advertising. This role also includes social media management and setting up all scheduled posts.

Sales leads and funnels will also need to be done to generate leads for our advertising packages to local restaurants and bars. Cold calling and follow up emails to get locations to sign up for one of our packages. Once a client signs up, they get monthly promotions on our social network, so you will use Social Pilot and set up their monthly posts.

Our company is focused on special events, festivals and concerts along with restaurants and bars and local tourism. Many of the advertising campaigns are created for each individual festival and are based on a timelines and festival date.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across all digital channels.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC campaigns, SEO, SMS, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and event submission to various local websites.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively and monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.

Audience Targeting: Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and create tailored marketing strategies that effectively engage and convert.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive results

Bachelor’s Degree graduate is preferred

Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Experience in Google Analytics tools such as (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), and other related tools. Tiktok and YouTube marketing.

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with International clients

Demonstrates dedication, work ethics, and teamwork attitude
