ABOUT THE ROLE:
WE ARE SEEKING EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS WITH A PROVEN BACKGROUND IN MERCHANT PROCESSING APPOINTMENT SETTING. THIS ROLE INVOLVES MAKING OUTBOUND CALLS TO BUSINESSES, QUALIFYING LEADS, AND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS FOR OUR SALES TEAM TO DISCUSS MERCHANT PROCESSING SOLUTIONS.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective merchants to introduce and explain our merchant processing services.
Qualify leads by gathering key information, such as current payment providers, transaction volumes, and pain points.
Schedule appointments for our sales team using tools like Google Calendar or Calendly.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate call notes, lead statuses, and next steps.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and re-engage unresponsive prospects.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in merchant processing, payment solutions, or fintech appointment setting.
Previous work as an appointment setter, or sales support professional in the merchant services industry.
Excellent English communication skills – confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, Zoominfo) to track leads and activities.
Experience handling objections, qualifying leads, and booking appointments.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in scheduling tools like Google Calendar or Calendly.
Goal-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet quotas and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Merchant processing experience is a MUST.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Availability to work flexible shifts covering all U.S. time zones.
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple leads, and follow up effectively.
