Reel Video Editor for Podcast Content (Full-Time)

Are you a creative video editor who loves making content that captivates and connects with an audience? Do you have a knack for taking long-form content and transforming it into short, punchy, and highly engaging Reels? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented video editor who can help transform our podcast episodes into impactful Reels that resonate with our audience—primarily women who are looking for relatable, motivational, and empowering content. Your #1 job will be to take a podcast recording and create EPIC 1-minute Reels that are relatable, shareable, and align with our brand’s tone and values.

This is a performance-based hiring process. To secure the full-time role, you’ll be required to create one standout Reel from the podcast linked below. If your work impresses us, you’ll be offered a full-time position to create 14 Reels per week at $8 USD per video.

What You’ll Do:

Work with provided podcast recordings and timestamps to create short-form Reels (1-minute max).

Add engaging captions, transitions, and effects to make the Reels stand out.

Capture the essence of the podcast topics (e.g., family, luxury, personal growth, fitness) and make it relatable to women.

Use a keyword and transcription system to quickly identify key moments from podcasts to create high-quality Reels.

Deliver finished Reels that align with our branding and message.

Responsibilities if Hired:

Create 14 high-quality Reels per week.

Deliver content promptly and according to brand guidelines.

Communicate effectively to align creative vision with content goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing with examples of short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).

Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).

Understanding of creating engaging content for women and aligning with our audience’s preferences.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently using provided resources (timestamps, transcriptions, etc.).

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
