JOB OVERVIEW

We help Americans unlock wealth and free themselves from the corporate day-to-day grind through acquisition. We're a rapidly growing firm and always have a few roles open. We're looking for a recruiter / talent acquisition specialist to help us fill these roles and grow our team with solid team members!

We're most akin to an investment bank, but without the red-tape.

Your Main Responsibilities:

You'll be working with our Managing Partner to develop job scopes, new roles, and recruit essential team members on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:
- Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to find and connect with potential candidates.
- Perform initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and alignment with the company culture.
- Create and revise job descriptions, and publish open positions on various job sites.
- Oversee job postings across multiple recruitment channels, maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner or department heads to design and implement recruitment strategies that support business objectives.

You Should Have:
- 1+ year experience in some form of recruiting or talent acquisition role
- Proficiency in using tools such as Asana, Slack and ClickUp is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms like Linkedin, Onlinejobs.ph, Upwork, JobStreet, etc
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding and capability to oversee inclusive hiring practices
