About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented video editor to join our team and help produce high-quality business content similar to the style of creators like Iman Gadzhi. You’ll be working closely with me to craft compelling, professional videos that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate can deliver one polished video per day and is comfortable managing their workflow independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 1 high-quality YouTube video per day (I understand what goes into a high production video, so I am NOT expecting a movie production, just something that is "good enough" to put out daily)
- Work with business-related content to create a style that aligns with our brand and audience expectations.
- Collaborate on feedback to continually improve video quality and engagement.
- Manage your own editing tools/software and deliver videos on time.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A proven track record of working with other creators or businesses as a video editor.
- Skills: Proficiency in video editing software
- Speed: Ability to work efficiently and deliver polished videos within tight deadlines.
- Style: Familiarity with and ability to emulate editing styles similar to Iman Gadzhi or other prominent business YouTubers.
- Reliability: Consistently meet deadlines and produce top-tier content.
- Communication: Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and collaborate effectively.
