Experienced Full-Time Sourcing VA for Amazon Arbitrage Business (Germany)

We are a growing Amazon Arbitrage business based in Germany and are excited to invite a dedicated and experienced Sourcing VA to join our team. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday), where you will play a pivotal role in identifying profitable products from German retail stores for resale on Amazon.de. The specific sourcing criteria like profit, ROI will be made clear in advance.

Our mission is to build a long-term collaboration with a driven professional who is passionate about growth, sourcing, and working in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who can commit to working full-time (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with a focus on this role.

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with:

- Experience: At least 6 months of proven manual sourcing experience in online arbitrage.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading and analyzing Keepa graphs (this is the most important one).
- Sourcing Knowledge: Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday).
- Work Environment: A professional and quiet workspace with:
-- Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
