Virtual + Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Virtual + Marketing Assistant to support our creative tech studio. We specialize in custom generation tools and co-created experiences built with AI workflows.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and (ideally) a passion for creative industries and emerging technology. This is a part-time, remote position with an estimated monthly wage of up to $1050 per month. There is an opportunity for this role to grow beyond the initial month trial period.

Tasks:

Distribution support - Assist in distributing our software and experiences through personalized outreach to target communities and newsletters.

Outreach - Manage and expand our network by reaching out to warm leads and initiating strategic cold outreach to potential clients and customers.

Design+ Communication - Repurpose and tailor existing presentation decks and marketing copy to create new materials aimed at different target audiences.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of the tech industry and trends.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and design tools like Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Insightly) is a plus.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week (80 hours per month).
Creative mindset and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.

Estimated monthly wage: Up to $1050 per month
