Recruitment & HR Assistant (With Animation / Illustration experience)

We are hiring a Full-Time Recruitment and HR Assistant to work closely with our Founder. The role is remote, and you must work Monday through Friday, 4pm—12am PH time.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are a UK-based creative agency specialising in Animation and Illustration. We currently have a remote team of 23 working full-time, and we have clients globally. Our clients require weekly reel animations and illustrations for their social media channels.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

-- Full-Time position with contract provided
-- Salary is $650 per month
-- Experience in Animation and/or Illustration
-- Experience in Recruitment / HR is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:

The main purpose of your role is to help us have a steady stream of new animators and illustrators joining us every week. We have a proven process for hiring, which includes paid and unpaid trial tasks. Below is an overview summary of the tasks required for this role:

-- Put out job posts online
-- Headhunt top animation and illustration talent from Behance (and equivalent).
-- Review portfolios and applications
-- Communicate with candidates, and review trial work
-- Send candidate lists and trail work to our founder for hiring approvals
-- Write up contracts (which we provide) to new staff
-- Track holidays/sick days for existing team
-- Calculate overtime hours for the existing team and provide them to our Founder for payday (this is a task only required once per month)
