We are seeking a seasoned expert in handling PayPal and Shopify chargebacks to join our team as a Dispute Manager. This role is critical in managing and resolving customer disputes efficiently, protecting our business, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You must have experience with Dropshipping otherwise do not apply please!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve chargeback and dispute cases across PayPal, Shopify,
* Develop and implement effective resolution strategies to maintain a high win rate.
* Stay updated on platform-specific policies and ensure compliance in dispute management.
* Analyze dispute trends to identify root causes and recommend proactive solutions.
* Maintain organized records of all disputes and chargeback cases for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in dispute resolution within the dropshipping industry.
* Knowledge of PayPal and Shopify chargeback processes and policies.
* Demonstrated success in achieving high chargeback win rates.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Available 7 days a week
