We are now looking for a highly skilled YouTube Specialist with expertise in creating and managing faceless YouTube accounts to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Role Overview:

As a YouTube Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing multiple faceless YouTube channels. You must possess a comprehensive understanding of YouTube’s policies, algorithms, and best practices. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content planning, audience engagement, and monetisation strategies to ensure the success of each channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Create faceless YouTube accounts and channels from scratch, ensuring compliance with YouTube’s guidelines.

Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to each channel’s niche.

Research trending topics and keywords to optimise video content for search.

Upload, schedule, and manage video content with proper metadata and tags.

Monitor channel analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.

Manage community engagement through comments and feedback.

Stay up-to-date with YouTube’s algorithm updates and policy changes.

Collaborate with our creative team to align content strategies with our brand vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating and managing successful faceless YouTube channels.

Deep understanding of YouTube’s policies, algorithms, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in video editing tools and content management systems.

Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
