AI Media Asset Creator (Text-to-Image/Video Specialist)

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative AI Media Asset Creator to join our team. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality visual assets, including thumbnails, video clips, characters, and other multimedia content. You will use AI technologies such as text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation to enhance and streamline content creation for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate AI-based images, video clips, and animations using text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video technologies.
Create compelling and visually engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
Design custom characters, scenes, and assets for video content, marketing materials, and other multimedia projects.
Collaborate with the content team to understand asset needs and produce content aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Experiment with different AI models and techniques to push the boundaries of creativity while maintaining high visual quality.
Ensure all generated assets meet technical specifications, including resolution, aspect ratio, and file format.
Manage and organize a library of AI-generated assets for easy access and reuse across various projects.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI tools and techniques to continuously improve asset quality and creativity.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in using AI tools for content creation (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation).
Strong understanding of image and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and visually compelling assets based on textual prompts.
Experience with AI platforms like DALL·E, MidJourney, Runway ML, or similar tools.
Familiarity with multimedia content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency in branding and visual design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
Knowledge of video production and editing workflows.
Understanding of trends in digital content and media design.
