The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing communication channels, supporting operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
Respond to customer
Handle Google reviews by acknowledging and addressing customer feedback.
Send Google review reminders to satisfied customers.
Pull and manage necessary permits for jobs.
Schedule and coordinate inspections.
Notify customers of permit-related appointments.
Input and organize invoices and receipts in QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes.
Register equipment for warranties and compliance purposes.
Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Send reminders for upcoming maintenance or services.
Provide quotes for water heater installations, negotiate prices, and book jobs (Bonus Avalaible).
Collaborate with the field team through group chats to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with Servicetitan is an asset.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or a related field is preferred.
