Job Title: General Manager and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
-Lead and coordinate the activities of various teams to meet company goals.
-Implement operational processes to improve productivity and performance.
-Maintain clear communication across departments and with senior leadership.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
-Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations or team management.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
-Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
