We are seeking a Technical Support, Live Chat Agent and
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide top-notch live chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Leverage graphic design or technical skills to assist with visually engaging solutions as needed.
-Create and send personalized video responses (e.g., using Loom) to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience in graphic design, social media management, and technical support.
-Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for clear and professional communication.
-Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
-Availability to work full-time, remotely.
Compensation: £800 per month.
