Job Description:

We are seeking experienced cold callers with a proven background in cold calling businesses to secure appointments and commercial insurance quoting opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in outbound calling, building rapport, and converting prospects into opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to businesses to identify and secure qualified appointments.

Obtain quoting opportunities for commercial insurance products, including Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, and Commercial Auto insurance.

Adapt to and effectively use a cold calling script, overcoming objections to secure appointments.

Maintain and update detailed records for each prospect in the CRM system, including gathered information and call notes.

Meet daily and weekly appointment booking targets.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year cold calling for the commercial insurance industry. Familiarity with insurance products and quoting processes is a must.

Skills: Strong communication and persuasive skills; ability to adapt scripts and handle objections effectively.

Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking prospect information and follow-up actions.

Self-Sufficient: Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.

Additional Information:

This role requires a high level of persistence, professionalism, and organization.

Training will be limited, so candidates must bring a strong foundation of industry-specific cold calling expertise.
