We are looking for a person with minimum of 3 years experience creating thumbnails. This person must understand the YouTube analytics and how Thumbnails work. How a catchy Thumbnail will create good "Impressions" and then create a good "Click Through Rate" The person we are looking for must be able to write good text on the Thumbnail that is catchy and will hook the audience, also be able to enhance the Thumbnail picture with photoshop or some type of editing program.

We are looking for a creator that has the ability to create "Mr. Beast" type of catchy/interesting Thumbnails that will cause the viewer to click on the videos.

I’m looking for a creative person to design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails. Your job will include:

Designing Thumbnails: Making thumbnails that are visually appealing and match the video content.
Adding Catchy Text: Writing short, attention-grabbing text on the thumbnails to make people want to click on the video.
The text should match the video’s message and be exciting enough to attract viewers. Creativity and understanding of what makes people curious are important.

Applicant MUST submit examples of their Thumbnail work when applying. We are only interested in your Thumbnail work. Please don't send me other type of editing work you have done.

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR Thumbnail creator that can turn our YouTube channel to more views based on the excellent Thumbnails you create.
