We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media profiles, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our audience to enhance our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including
Design graphics and edit videos to accompany text posts, ensuring all media aligns with our brand identity.
Scheduling and Posting:
Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms
Ensure content is timely and relevant to current trends and company promotions.
Engagement and Interaction:
Monitor social media comments and messages to respond in a timely manner.
Engage with followers and other brands to build community and support collaborative opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyse analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of posts.
Provide monthly reports on growth and engagement metrics to help guide future strategies.
Essential Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, with a focus on excellent typing skills.

- Strong emotional intelligence to convey emotions effectively through text.
- Being an attentive listener.
- Availability to work 8+ hours per day

Onboarding Process:
A paid probation period of 30 days will be provided, where you will receive thorough training to prepare you for the role.
