Company Overview: Join a premier company specializing in high-ticket B2B office and warehouse equipment. As we expand our reach, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our lead generation efforts and drive our appointment-setting processes.
Job Description: As an SDR, you will engage with potential business clients, schedule appointments, and provide actionable feedback to our lead generation team. You'll be expected to make a high volume of daily calls, quickly learning product details to effectively articulate the value of our equipment and handle rejections with resilience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and qualify leads, setting up appointments for the sales team and meeting reasonable quotas.
• Conduct numerous outbound calls daily, demonstrating comfort with frequent rejections.
• Rapidly absorb information about our products to enhance discussions and improve pitch accuracy.
• Provide feedback to improve lead quality and help adjust strategic directions based on market responses.
• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and monitor sales progress.
Requirements:
• Exceptional English verbal communication skills.
• Strong resilience in high-call-volume environments.
• Proven track record in sales or lead generation roles, preferably in a high-ticket B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Comfort with technical products and industry terminology.
