Real estate social media agency is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Assistant to enhance our client's digital presence and engagement. In this unique role, you'll dive into the social media world, becoming an integral part of our client's online voice. Your day-to-day interactions and strategic engagements will be key to shaping their social media narrative and driving meaningful connections.
Reports Directly to: CEO
What You'll Do:
1. Social Media Engagement Expert
-Log into various client accounts to interact with their audience on social media platforms.
-Boost online presence by engaging with posts and comments, ensuring consistency with the client’s brand voice.
-Be responsible for at least 30 meaningful interactions per client account each day.
2. Meticulous Tracker and Reporter
-Keep track of all your daily social media activities.
-Summarize your day’s work with End of Day (EOD) reports, providing insights into your engagement strategies.
3. Conversational Maestro
-Engage in basic yet impactful conversations with individuals responding to your engagements.
-Address queries, provide information, and escalate issues when necessary while upholding the client’s brand tone.
