Youtube Video Creator/Manager/Owner

I want to work with someone to build a new youtube channel or channels.

I have a list of ideas but will also be open to what channels you are interested to work on and think will be successful.

If any channels get successful I will share any profits as well for more benefit.

I want to make youtube channels with 1-5 videos a week, and each video having some shorts as well.

I want someone comitted and motivated to get the channels to the point of being able to monetize and grow so we can both share in the outcome.

I am posting a salary here but I would still like to understand what we would be agreeing to so we could change it possibly.
