As our Virtual Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Airbnb listings. You’ll be responsible for posting and promoting new listings, managing existing ones, communicating with guests, and coordinating with cleaning staff to ensure our homes are always presented at their very best.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize Airbnb listings with compelling descriptions, professional images, and attractive pricing strategies.
Promotion & Marketing: Implement strategies to increase listing visibility and guest bookings, including running targeted promotions and leveraging social media platforms.
Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, handle booking confirmations, and proactively address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordination with Cleaning Staff: Schedule cleaning services, verify that the property is guest-ready before check-in, and manage any special requests or last-minute changes.
Quality Control: Monitor guest reviews and feedback to identify improvement areas. Suggest and implement changes to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Track bookings, maintain calendars, and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience with Airbnb hosting, property management, or similar customer-facing roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You’re warm, clear, and always eager to help.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors and quickly resolve issues.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Airbnb’s platform, property management software, and communication tools like Slack, WhatsApp, or
Availability: Flexible and reliable, able to respond to guest messages promptly, including evenings or weekends as needed.
