As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our chat platform. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding support while also identifying opportunities to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers in real-time through our chat platform, providing prompt and friendly support.
-Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
-Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
-Collaborate with tea
-Track and log customer interactions to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Qualifications:
-Excellent written English and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Previous experience in customer service, chat support or sales is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
-Comfortable using various chat platforms and technology.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
The compensation is performance-based (15% of net sales). In the exceptional case of an eventual low flow of customers due to unforeseen circumstances that would not allow you to get a reasonable comission, you'll get a salary of $100/week. However, our Chat Support Specialists compensations usually range between $550 and $2500.
