E-commerce Manager (Shopify Specialist)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Manager specializing in Shopify to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires close collaboration with team members and clients, offering leadership and mentorship to ensure continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee Shopify stores, including store optimization, product uploads, and performance tracking.
* Handle account management for e-commerce clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and meeting KPIs.
* Collaborate with clients to develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and growth.
* Train and mentor co-workers to improve their e-commerce skills and knowledge.
* Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and Shopify platform updates to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce operations.
* Strong account management skills with a focus on client satisfaction and results.
* Experience in team collaboration, training, and mentoring.
* Willingness to work during graveyard shift hours (aligned with the client's time zone).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
