Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and a proven track record of building impactful partnerships? Zonflip is on the lookout for a TikTok Outreach Manager to lead and scale our affiliate and influencer outreach initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving brand visibility, executing innovative campaigns, and achieving measurable growth through TikTok partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to identify and engage TikTok influencers and affiliates that align with our brand values and goals.
Oversee the end-to-end influencer outreach process, including negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
Lead the creation and execution of creative, results-driven campaigns in collaboration with influencers to promote products and increase sales.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, influencer landscape, and e-commerce developments to refine outreach tactics and keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
Manage a team (if applicable) and ensure alignment on outreach priorities, goals, and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate outreach, or campaign management, with a focus on TikTok.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to create strong, lasting partnerships with influencers.
A solid understanding of TikTok’s platform, content trends, and the influencer ecosystem.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging, innovative campaigns that drive measurable results.
Leadership skills to guide outreach strategies and align a team to achieve campaign goals (preferred but not required).
