Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role focuses on outreach, vetting, and appointment setting to connect high-value prospects with our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience building robust outreach and follow-up processes. They should also confidently represent high-profile clients as the first point of contact for investor relations teams, engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family office representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Near-perfect or native English speaking and writing skills with excellent verbal clarity.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in appointment setting, cold outreach, or lead vetting.
- Proven ability to build and optimize systems for outreach and vetting operations.
- Experience representing high-profile clients or investment offerings to discerning audiences.
- Proficiency with CRMs like GoHighLevel to manage leads and pipeline.
- Familiarity with the finance or investment industry, specifically working with accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, investment bankers, family office representatives, or similar.
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic communicator who can build rapport and navigate conversations effortlessly.
- Proven ability to hit targets for outreach, appointments, and lead conversion.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and improve processes continuously.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Understanding of private equity, investments, or venture capital terminology.
- Background in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment fund marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Execute outreach and follow-up strategies via calling,
Introduce qualified leads to investor relations teams by engaging them professionally, vetting interest, and scheduling meetings with investor relations teams.
- Follow established scripts and frameworks to ensure a seamless client experience while maintaining flexibility to adapt messaging.
- Continuously contribute to enhancing systems for outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up to improve efficiency.
2. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage and update leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups, and seamless handover of appointments to clients.
- Leave detailed notes on each interaction that investor relations can apply to their conversation with potential investors.
- Be able to manage a multitude of client pipelines with a high-degree of accuracy and zero rate of errors.
- Analyze lead sources and outreach performance to recommend improvements.
3. High-Profile Representation
- Represent clients in a world-class fashion and their investment offerings with professionalism, discretion, and precision.
- Confidently communicate with HNWIs, ultra-HNWIs, and representatives from family offices.
About the Position
- Remote Work: This is a full-time remote position.
- Working Hours: Expected to work 9 am to 5 pm PST or CST time zones. Must be available and ready to collaborate during these hours.
- Salary Compensation: $1,000 per month + Revenue Share Bonus.
- Revenue Share Bonus: 1% per month for every client for every month they stay with us. This structure effectively removes the ceiling from your base compensation.
