Go High Level System Manager (In-House)**
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Go High Level System Manager** to join our team. This in-house position is integral to managing and optimizing our Go High Level (GHL) system, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our team with fast turnaround times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GHL system management, including phone number approvals, integrations, automations, and subscription management. This role also requires someone proactive who can bring creative ideas to help us leverage GHL to drive more sales and improve overall business performance. This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management:
- Oversee and maintain the Go High Level system for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance and successfully get phone numbers approved for campaigns.
2. Integrations & Automations:
- Set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways,
- Build and optimize automations to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance sales processes.
3. Sales Optimization & Idea Development:
- Analyze current processes and bring fresh ideas to optimize the GHL system for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to create new funnels, campaigns, automations, or workflows that drive more sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to test and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
4. Subscription & Account Oversight:
- Manage Go High Level subscription accounts and monitor billing cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues or escalations.
5. Team Support:
- Assist the team by turning around requests within **24 hours**.
- Provide training and support to tea
6. Mandatory Staff Meetings:
- Attend weekly staff meetings:
- **Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM EST
- **Monday at 3:00 PM EST
7. Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously analyze system usage and recommend improvements to processes.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, system usage, and automations for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with **Go High Level system management**.
- Proficient in setting up integrations, automations, and managing workflows.
- Ability to identify creative ways to leverage GHL for **sales growth** and improved performance.
- Knowledge of best practices for phone number approvals and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be available to attend **mandatory staff meetings** as scheduled.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating and optimizing sales funnels, automations, and
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends to drive more sales.
- Ability to provide training or documentation for tea
