Community Engagement Specialist & Social Media/Ad Admin

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and driven Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will connect authentically with a Gen-Z audience, communicate in fluent English with the right tone, and support social media, advertising, and outreach efforts.

This is a full-time remote position where you will play a key role in expanding our reach, fostering relationships, and supporting content distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with audiences by commenting, DMing, and interacting on platforms like Reddit.

Post valuable, helpful content that aligns with our brand voice.

Run and assist with ad administration tasks.

Gather user feedback and experiences to inform improvements.

Identify influencers and organize details into spreadsheets.

Create blog covers and simple designs using Canva.

Use GPT to embed links in blogs effectively.

Conduct earned media outreach and build backlinks.

Perform B2B outreach to potential partners.

Use blogs and lead magnets for ManyChat promotions.

Manage and engage on our LinkedIn company page, including drafting content.

What We’re Looking For:

English Fluency & Tone: You must understand and communicate clearly in an authentic, relatable way for a Gen-Z audience.

Engagement Skills: A strong ability to connect with people online and keep engagement high.

Canva Skills (Bonus): Basic graphic design skills to create blog covers and visual content.

Attention to Detail: Organized and able to track tasks and outreach efforts efficiently.

Quick Learner: Eager to learn new systems and skills, with the ability to pick up processes quickly.

Creativity (Bonus): Ability to suggest new content ideas and strategies to grow engagement.
