JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role: I am seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to provide essential support for a diverse range of business activities. This part-time role will involve a mix of administrative, research, and strategic tasks, primarily focused on small business acquisition, career recruiting, social media and real estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Acquisition:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential small business acquisition opportunities that align with specific criteria.
Connect with brokers and potential sellers to gather essential information and secure appointments. Manage social media presence.

Career Recruiting:
Utilize LinkedIn to identify relevant job listings and help identify hiring managers and recruiters.
Assist in the career search process by providing administrative support and research.

Administrative Support:
Manage two separate email inboxes, organizing, prioritizing, and flagging important messages.
Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong Work Ethic: Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Self-Starter: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in real estate is preferred to understand the nuances of transactions for administrative support.
Marketing Skills: Understanding of SEO and copywriting to support marketing efforts, familiar with social media
Financial: Strong financial acumen, prior experience with book keeping and or Quickbooks.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information to identify opportunities.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email management tools, and word press.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate has a diverse range of skill sets including former use of LinkedIN, Bizbuysell, ChatGPT, Trello, Quickbooks, Wordpress, SEO expertise, and experience with social media.

YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A VA. THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE WHICH PAYS $300 PER MONTH.
