***Prior experience working in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Details:
We are looking to fill an appointment setter role. It will consist of calling provided leads, qualifying them, and setting an appointment for the owner to speak with them.



The Company:
We are a real estate brokerage in Chicago, USA.



Key Responsibilities:
-Accessing inbound leads that come in through Zillow and other rental sites from people interested in renting one of the units/properties that we have listed
-Following a script/SOP to contact these leads, qualify them, and set an appointment for the owner to speak with them
-General VA tasks
-Admin/research tasks
-Working as the owner’s right-hand person



Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Appointment Setter.
-Must be comfortable on the phone
-Real estate industry experience a plus (not required).



Technical Qualifications:
-Proficient in English
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Must have a headset
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
-Excel spreadsheet proficient



Salary and Details:
This is a part-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 20 hours per week.

The hours are Mon-Fri 10am-2pm CST (Central standard time). That is a 14 hour time difference from you-12am-4am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you.

Please note, there will be a potential opportunity to go full time in the future, depending on performance. Therefore, please apply only if you fully understand that this is currently a part-time role, but with a need to be flexible for the future in case it goes full time. There is no set date for when this goes full time, so apply accordingly (don’t waste your time and ours if you really need full time now).

The pay is $5 an hour to start.

On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid time off: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)

3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period (this is on top of the major holidays listed above).

Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).

***Important: if you have another job that conflicts with this schedule, please do not apply. Your screen will be tracked (Time Doctor software) so when it is discovered that you are working 2 jobs during the same schedule, you will end up wasting your time and ours.

Start date: sometime around late December or right at the start of January. A set date will be provided after interviewing.

You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Payoneer twice a month.
