Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Appointment Setter to drive our outreach efforts by scheduling qualified sales meetings for the President of Blue Atlas Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospects through phone calls,
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach to prioritized leads using phone calls,
- Leverage ActiveCampaign to identify high-priority leads based on automated lead scoring and engagement triggers.
- Use Calendly to book meetings directly into the President’s calendar, ensuring all details (time, date, agenda) are accurate and confirmed.
- Document call notes, pain points, and relevant research in ActiveCampaign immediately after each call.
- Address and overcome objections to setting appointments using provided talking points and objection-handling strategies.
- Personalize outreach to prospects by understanding their industry challenges and aligning Blue Atlas Marketing’s value proposition with their needs.
- Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication with all prospects across phone,
- Collaborate with the President to align on goals, refine scripts, and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Provide daily updates summarizing calls made, meetings booked, and challenges encountered.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and adjust strategies based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone,
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Calendly, and LinkedIn tools (or similar CRMs and scheduling platforms).
- Ability to handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward setting meetings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document interactions and updates accurately.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with team leadership.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and leads efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales outreach, lead generation, or working with high-value prospects.
- Understanding of sales pipelines, lead scoring, and CRM automation.
- Previous experience in marketing, agency sales, or related industries.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Schedule a minimum of 5 qualified sales meetings per week.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ActiveCampaign.
- Contribute to achieving 1-2 client conversions weekly through effective outreach.
