What We’re Looking For:
• Shopify Experience: Familiarity with Shopify systems is essential.
• CRM Expertise: Prior experience with CRM tools is required.
• Customer Support Background: You must have previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong English Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Availability: Able to work 12-15 hours per week, with the potential to move into a full-time position in the future.
