Seeking a highly organized professional to serve in a dual role as both Virtual Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper in a part-time capacity (with potential for full-time growth). The ideal candidate will manage comprehensive administrative duties while handling financial operations for a growing Tech company.
Core responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, project tracking, and detailed note-taking, alongside maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Must be proficient in both administrative and accounting software, with demonstrated experience in bookkeeping. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Experience with digital productivity tools, proven bookkeeping expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential. This role requires someone who can maintain strict confidentiality while handling both sensitive business information and financial data.
Starting compensation: $500/month (part-time)
Future opportunity: Position planned to transition to full-time with adjusted compensation.
