Must Have Skills
- Data science background
- Understanding of marketing analytics
- Python programming skills

Nice to Have
- Experience with n8n
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Marketing technology background
- Knowledge of vector databases

What You'll Do
- Help organize our marketing data for AI projects
- Set up automated workflows
- Train our team on how to maintain the systems
