Looking for associate short term rental property manager

Looking for associate property managers at my rapidly growing short-term rental management company!

We manage over 50 properties, and are growing rapidly. As the company is not currently large enough to have dedicated departments for each task, I'm looking for people who are good at juggling priorities, task switching, and going with the flow. We are NOT looking for a regular VA who just wants to punch the clock and get paid. We want someone who is looking for a long-term career and is willing to grow with us!

IMPORTANT: We are currently looking for someone ideally with specialized experience in long-term or furnished mid-term property management. Experience is not required but highly preferred. A big part of your job will be looking for, vetting, and onboarding mid-term leads looking for furnished housing of 30 days or more. If you do not have experience in this, I will give you some training but you will need to also exhibit some self-motivation to learn it on your own, too.

That alone will not be a full-time job, so additional tasks beyond that will include support via phone, text, email, Hospitable, and Slack, as well as various research projects and tasks according to the daily needs of the company. You will serve as the primary liaison between 4 groups of people: guests, homeowner clients, maintenance people, and cleaners. I'll be honest, it's a tough job and I have high standards. But I also work really hard to take care of my team and create a great work environment :)

This is a FULL-TIME position - 4 day work week, 9.5 hours per day. We pay on a tiered scale. Tier 1 agents will earn between $700-1000 USD per month, depending on job performance. Tier 2 or Tier 3 agents earn between $1000-1400 or $1400 to $1900, respectively. You will also be able to pick up additional on-call shifts for overnight (EST) management. We also offer several weeks of paid time off and sick leave, as well as various other company perks.

Specific hours will be determined based on the current teams' needs. Possible shifts are Sunday-Wednesday 7:30 am - 5 pm EST or 2 pm to 11:30 pm EST, or those same times Wednesday through Saturday.
