We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to Facebook leads, engaging with potential customers, and efficiently booking them for appointments. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming Facebook leads.
Book appointments efficiently and ensure smooth scheduling.
Follow up with leads and maintain clear communication to maximize conversions.
Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly targets.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance expectations.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related role is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary of 29,000 pesos per month, paid monthly.
Commission: 52 pesos per completed booking.

Working Hours:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time).
Immediate availability is required.
