JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and enhance the online presence of our eCommerce brands through social media management and content creation. Your expertise in social media management, content editing, and digital marketing will be essential in driving engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms for our eCommerce brands in English.
- Create and schedule engaging posts and stories, ensuring content is aligned with brand identity.
- Edit images and videos to maintain a consistent and appealing visual aesthetic.
- Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and customer interactions to foster a positive online community.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Management:
- Identify and collaborate with UGC creators for social media ads.
- Conduct research to find suitable creators and influencers that align with our brand values.
- Handle communication, negotiation, and contract management with UGC partners.


Email
Marketing:
- Design and craft compelling email campaigns and newsletters that drive conversions.
- Utilize strong editing skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
- Monitor email marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Advertising Content Creation:
- Develop and produce static advertisements for our eCommerce brands.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for the target audience and adheres to platform guidelines.

Soft Skills:
- fast learner

- follow instructions to the letter
- not scared to ask questions!!!

Basic Skills:
In addition to having excellent English skills and working efficiently, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

? Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, Premier Pro
? Gmail and other email applications
? ChatGPT
? Communications apps like WhatsApp, Zoom etc.
? Project management software (Click Up)

Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a part time position (possible to turn full time later on if needed):
Mondays for Fridays, 8am -10 am CET, the rest is flexible
(if possible also work on Saturday and Sunday but this can be discussed)

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

Trainings provided:
If you are accepted, you will receive a detailed introduction to our e-commerce activities as well as a detailed explanation of your tasks and their execution. You will always be able to ask questions and reach out to us if something is unclear. We are more than happy to help you and succeed with your tasks.

Career potential:
This is a part time job that can eventually be a full time job if we are able to grow accordingly and if more work is required. You will be working directly with the CEOs.

We are a young e-commerce company based in Germany with several Shopify stores that is aiming to expand and grow rapidly. You will be our fourth VA and we are looking to build a longterm relationship with you.
